On the point of Gatorade and electrolyte drinks they Certainly have their place in sports, athletes get tested to ensure they are hydrated before every training session and game especially in elite sports they should not be used tho in day to day living as we don't need them, sugars and electrolytes certainly have a place in sports as we need them and will use them during exercise. But yeah they are marketed to much towards kids and people who are not going to use the sugars in the drinks for energy 😊
