My wife is an RN at a surgery center, currently at gone due to a recent surgery herself. The vaccine isn’t mandatory for them right now but if you don’t get it you can never take off your N95 (which you have to use the same one for days on end) and you have to eat lunch in your car, of course that’s if you even get a lunch break.
