My technique for family that is against trump is I bring up things the left has done like Biden bring racist and attributing it to trump and go man this is horrible isn’t it? Then after they agree I’m like well that’s actually your guy.
I’ve tried that approach. My family are all immigrants so for them trumps the worse for how he talks and his immigration laws. Mind you, they don’t read into laws or follow politics, just repeat what they see in the news
