Did anyone here follow the Sophie Long story out of Texas last yeAr? Her followers got banned everywhere because they were threatening real world harm and I couldn’t follow up with what happened to her. It was about a dad fighting for custody of his kids because his ex was watching her daughter get raped...courts weren’t giving a fuck.

Yea, as far as I’ve spoken with any of them about it, I definitely have better benefits. But I work for a really great company

The surgery center my wife works at doesn’t even accept the insurance this year that they offer to their employees. Total horseshit
Yea my sister in law is a nurse, her benefits are pretty much crap. But it may just be the area or her specific position.

Most of the nurses who are tic toking and getting laid off don’t want to work in the icu. We are chronically short staffed and full. Several covid patients in this unit.

It was bad and got worse with covid. Always short handed. And then lots of nurses left to travel for more money.
Also interesting to note, that nurse who passed out on camera and was rumored to have passed away still hasnt posted to instagram since dec.12. She typically posted every 3 days, plus Christmas just passed and silent
It’s crazy around here, they are signing local nurses with travel contracts. Seems like they could do better benefits and higher wages to make things easier

She did a video about donations to kids and about what to not donate to victims bc of triggers and such. That made me believe she has some type story, bc I’ve spent time volunteering at halfway houses and she was pretty spot on
