She ruled that the US indefinite incarceration laws (passed by Barry) would be too detrimental on JA mental health and that historically there are ways around their 'suicide preventions' in prison (Epstein). Basically used their own ridiculous (barry) laws against them.
Kinda feels like a Trump card tbh, the judge quoted that the corruption of the intelligence agencies does not reflect the Trump administrations opinion of wikileaks. And mentioned fuck ups of Obama admin eg SAMs prevention etc
