For example, polio was not contagious. You’ll find no scientific literature where it was shown to infect someone. However every person with it had toxic levels of metals in their spines. Viruses are our super detox tool. We create them when our regular detox processes aren’t working. That’s why they are always present when we are very sick.

I believe that. I'm open to that theory. The microbiome is very intelligent and sometimes appears to be the threat when its off. Meanwhile, it's actually protecting us.

I'm undecided on the germ vs. terrain theory argument because I see both.
