He has no idea what he’s talking about.
They have majority in the House, true, and if they follow the Electoral Count Act with objections, yes the House would vote against the objection. The Senate is R majority, and even IF they vote to accept the objectio, the two bodies don’t agree and then it gets messy as it says the Certified Results from the states stand.
But,
1. Not that clear because the Trump electors were also sent from these states and more importantly
2. If the 12th Amendment is used instead, and either those states are thrown out and Trump wins with 232-227, or it gets thrown to a contingent election
House votes for Pres with each state getting one vote (R’s win)
Senate votes for VP (R’s win)
Unless, of course, there are Deep State R’s that cross the aisle
Honestly, I think Trump and Patriots know all this math, and whatever their plan is, it Trumps all of these possibilities.
