It could have a couple possible interpretations

There were some unscrupulous fellows in the hood using business relief to buy lambos and shit

and flexing on the gram

BUT

there has also been a concerted effort by big tech and other interests to control narrative using lies , bullying, banning etc.

It could be directed towards JUST the first thing.... or both.
