@DelDel305 thankfully I had a very trustworthy person with me to guide me through certain parts of that trip cuz it was utterly terrifying but coming through and meeting that ego and going through the process of detaching from it but knowing that it can never fully leave has been helpful I peeked several times in that trip but on the way out of that trip sitting there floating in the hot springs staring up into the mountains and into the stars and skies I came in touch with a true reality and as I said I'd still trying to process that trip there's times that I'll dream and it'll take me back to specific parts of that trip to reopen it It's almost like a study guide
