All things that are typically said. I know Trump isn’t a typical president but he understands precedence. I think it wasn’t a concession because he left it open to be argued that he didn’t. If wanted to concede, which he said 24 hrs before he would never do, he wouldn’t have left it open for speculation and it would have been live. My 2 cents
