I think he didn’t concede not because of that specific word, but because he didn’t congratulate Biden, mention Biden, or encourage his supporters to supports the biden administration. All things that are typically said. I know Trump isn’t a typical president but he understands precedence. I think it wasn’t a concession because he left it open to be argued that he didn’t. If wanted to concede, which he said 24 hrs before he would never do, he wouldn’t have left it open for speculation and it would have been live. My 2 cents
