@callsign_caveman you do that once every 7-10 days. the best way to improve is to run below your MAF heart rate for 60-125 minutes EVERY DAY. And if you don't run, I suggest doing just that for 6 months to a year. Then you can begin to incorporate additional training types. But strengthen your underlying cardiovascular system with long slow runs.
If you dont have a high tolerance i do not reccomed taking a dab till you build it up a bit lol

The military trains you to get fucked in the field. You were all 18-22. But if you want to do some triathalon training. The most robust cardiovascular systems in the world. The way I explained it is the way they train their foundation.
