That's not how that works.
Not that simple. It has access to VPN but you need the code to get in. Typically SHA-256 or SHA-512. Goooooood luck getting into that
The laptop has potential to have access to the computers. but if its anything like Military Work computers, It requires a CAC with proper certificates and authorization to login. Or username credetials. Then Once logged in it could connect to the server with the correct VPN and same login or CAC credentials
