Before the election, dems were advising their supporters to mail in ballots to avoid lines, covid, whatever. Trump was saying dont mail in vote in person. They also passed legislation that didnt allow mail in votes to be counted early. So day of election of course the initial surge was red. Then when mail in votes got counted the surge was blue.
