i don't give them the same moral weight as mammals

It's strange that people prioritise cute and cuddly animals, but completely ignore ugly/unpleasant ones. Even if those ugly animals have the same emotions as pets

They could both be mammals but the cute ones get all the attention

I don't think bugs have emotions, at least there is no evidence for it

I also find it strange that people treat karma like its some invisible force that punishes the wicked and rewards the good

@Punished Korgoth We used to kill insects for fun when I was a kid too. No I don't, except for the occasional mosquito and the fucking ants that bite me

btw i only killed insects inside my house

i didn't go looking for them to torture

they were just there and i decided to "clean my room"
