bunch of satellites being launched

2019-06-12 02:28:40 UTC

Interesting.

2019-06-12 02:29:20 UTC

i don't know, i could see that becoming a issue in its own way

2019-06-12 02:29:52 UTC

Sure, if it isn't a good service at a competitive price then it could just be another false choice

2019-06-12 02:30:04 UTC

I'm not saying you're wrong, but what do you mean? @Mr.Black

2019-06-12 02:30:32 UTC

tbh though if you're stuck in areas where it's dogshit like Centurylink 🙄
Amazon will sound like a nice alternative

2019-06-12 02:30:36 UTC

ye

2019-06-12 02:30:58 UTC

so? it doesn't mean its not cancer <@241391082238246912> also don't use the "WhAt U NiGgAS KnoW IvE BeeN On IT" thats a strawman

2019-06-12 02:30:59 UTC

fuck if I know

2019-06-12 02:31:27 UTC

oh ye and ofc Elon's SpaceX rolling out their own ISP
🙄

2019-06-12 02:31:38 UTC

Amazon's Project Kuiper

2019-06-12 02:31:41 UTC

that's the one

2019-06-12 02:32:01 UTC

Yeah I'll agree that it is a cancer. The system is rigged so that you don't get off it.

2019-06-12 02:32:09 UTC

yep

2019-06-12 02:32:20 UTC

@Enigmasflame i mean i already have some issue with drones and shit being used from amazon, i also wonder what's going to happen when they have massive databases that can be misused

2019-06-12 02:32:34 UTC

You mean like every other company that buys/sell big data?

2019-06-12 02:32:36 UTC

ye?

2019-06-12 02:32:41 UTC

whut

2019-06-12 02:32:43 UTC

indeed

2019-06-12 02:32:55 UTC

ok then

2019-06-12 02:33:21 UTC

@Mr.Black but again this is an issue that could be said about any big corporation, it's not a unique issue

2019-06-12 02:33:47 UTC

I am curious though how they will handle data still

2019-06-12 02:34:02 UTC

and speaking of data...

2019-06-12 02:34:05 UTC

true, it is an issue with most/all major company's but i wonder how much security they will put into there product before launch

2019-06-12 02:34:08 UTC

wonder what their business model will be

2019-06-12 02:34:15 UTC

cus if it has data caps, then RIP

2019-06-12 02:34:24 UTC

yea, thats a rip

2019-06-12 02:35:12 UTC

tbqh I would not mind having a business model that's low cost or practically free in exchange for direct data exchange and resource usage

2019-06-12 02:35:26 UTC

you know like folding or cryptomining

2019-06-12 02:35:30 UTC

something to that extent

2019-06-12 02:35:42 UTC

it's not scummy cus it's a trade and you're asking for it

2019-06-12 02:35:47 UTC

that's actually a interesting idea

2019-06-12 02:36:08 UTC

how fast do you want your internet? how much data? well, how much are you willing to share?

2019-06-12 02:36:18 UTC

<@241391082238246912> is that actually you in the photo?

2019-06-12 02:36:35 UTC

Yeah you can have a successful isp or mobile company with no data cap. I'm a consumer of one such company. Yes, the piggy baxk off of a bigger companies towers but i have truly unlimited high speed data and a lot of people use the company in my area.

2019-06-12 02:36:50 UTC

`is that actually you in the photo?`
*insert soyboy comment here*

2019-06-12 02:36:59 UTC

I am too, but I wouldn't be comfortable showing my face

2019-06-12 02:37:13 UTC

cus it's self-doxxing

2019-06-12 02:37:22 UTC

^

2019-06-12 02:37:23 UTC

there's already cases of people getting doxxed from one fucking picture of their face

2019-06-12 02:37:27 UTC

Cuz I like being anonymous?
