I finally quit procrastinating and worked out yesterday afternoon while i was listening to the 24hr le mans commentary. I couldn't even finish my sets, fuck I'm pathetic. Lol

There's this stage when working out, right before you get to muscle failure and your instincts are sending panic, you're gonna die, that tiger is gonna eat you signals... I love that moment.

I'm too fat to see much gains.
get your cardio up, then do insanity
I like *feeling* the gains. I like when I can do more reps. Even one more. Or when I go to the weight and it's too easy and I realize it's time to increase the weight.

That's rewarding to me. And then I push it right up to the "oh gawd, the tiger is gonna eat you!" stage and that's lovely again.
I can't do explosive workouts yet, though.

I walk for an hour every day.
its all cardio, no weights or resistance
It's not cardio cardio, but it's some activity.
Resistance is easy. I do high weight, slow and low.
So, no real joint impact. Perfect form.
