I know, I gotta stop drinking for at least 14 days to bring things back to normal

Then I'll limit my intake. It's so easy to drink too much coffee when you're not sleeping enough.

I feel ya man. I work swing and I limit myself to only water after I have my cup of Joe in the morning

I was reading some studies that actually said an 8 oz cup of coffee in the morning, once per day is actually beneficial to your heart

Yeah, coffee beans/coffee have health benefits, just like most things.

But that's only applicable with straight black coffee

Haven’t tried lavazza or IIy yet. Lately I’ve been trying to see if I can order from some local mom and pop brewers. Small stores are always pretty good

I used to be a big Pete’s and Starbucks junkie. But I quit buying from them altogether

I use this vegan creamer called Nutpods, it doesn’t have carrageenan in it, so its way healthier for you. It’s made from coconut and almonds. Kinda hippie I know lol, but it’s good

For goodness sake stay away from coffee mate, that stuff is cancer

@KenneticEnergy Lavazza is an italian coffe company that has an amazing expresso roast, they also have a darker roast that's pretty potent. Illy is a French? brand that just tastes great imo

Some of the best coffee I've ever had was from local mom and pop shops, so you're totally right @KenneticEnergy

Also, to be a total terrible coffee person, I really only like light to medium-light roasts and really only drink Nescafe instant morning blend.

I'll put cocoa in my instant coffee to make a mocha.

If I'm getting fancy, I'll also mix in some cocoa butter but then it needs a blender.

Hence fancy.

But then I also dirtied the immersion blender.

and, ffs, yet another dirty dish, and more time spent on this fucking coffee...

And, so, as I'm sure you can tell, I get sick of going the fancy route and just make lemon iced tea instead.
