There's no real way to improve iq.

You can get better at the tests, but it doesn't have the real correlation proper IQ does.

So, I'm stuck at gifted but not genius.

I *might* be able to qualify for MENSA, but I'm not terribly interested.

What works for me is that you have to make the results of the day when you are productive less painful then a day when you did nothing. Tell yourself in the morning what you want to accomplish for example: I don't want to fell like shit about myself

You can just take a slew of brain supplements, there are studies showing increased neurogenesis, nerve function and synapse growth which would probably combine to some IQ points
