well it was going to be a FULL week before they would have been allowed to go because of being 5 weeks premature

but it was a voluntary thing that my sister and her husband signed to be on lockdown in the hospital for 15 days minimum so they can be sure to get their newborns home safely

Ig so... It still frustrates me though. Even if it is the safest and best thing, it still is a shame that it has to happen
