How much can your body produce in a day, what does production actually take out of you, is it a closed loop?

They aren't exactly simple cells and they come in a mix of types so it might actually have an impact

Especially if say sperm production increased cortisol levels, then that would have some interesting side effects if you ejaculate daily

So I happily said there is no effect but the truth is there might be, excersising daily without having sufficient nutrition will fuck you in the long run, so sperm if it used something that your body doesn't have a ton of in its production, could infact affect your brain chemistry, considering how delicate hormone levels actually are in your brain
