Simple tasks like cleaning your room, eating regularly, taking a shower, and going on walks ( while listening to Megadeath idc) WILL HELP your self esteem boi

It's a choice that you neglect yourself. Saying it's natural is just an excuse
You have to help yourself and that means helping your mental health
If you help your physical health you'll help your mental health and vice versa

Remember what I said about letting the tests be an excuse? Even though things are difficult to do doesn't mean you can't do them. The tests show your natural state and they are literally there to help you improve and know yourself so that you can improve
It's difficult but not impossible
You may be difficult, but in a lot of ways you can help yourself but you choose not to and use a test to say you can't even try
Like shit, i never thought I could escape my natural state of thinking but i helped myself improve based on the tests and now I'm happy

You'll figure it out though, it's just a bit frustrating to see you in this state right now😆 . Idk it's just that i know what it's like and i can now see how frustrating it was for people around me to deal with all that, but once I started helping myself, things got so much better. It's just so hard to make that first move tho
Yep, and it doesn't help that I've had little applicable guidance from my parents or friends. I got nowhere to look to and everything to undermine me. I've taken it that I need to learn to dance in the rain, because I don't expect the sun to come

I don't do it for fun... I just hate to see people go through these things. And he's right, its really hard to start up and it's very tough most days, but you need someone to constantly remind you all that you could have once you get out of that state of mind
