I would just send a warning to business owners and people living in the area to get out, then warn to the "protesters" *let's call them what they are, extremists* that they need to disperse, and if they don't, tear gas will be fired, then rubber bullets, and if they still refuse, we open fire, no longer using rubber, but a good slug of lead.
