Depending on your area you may not get a lot of wind

If you live in a mountainous area there are localized winds created from the cooling effects up there.

Well I'm really no expert. To an extent though you want to have civilization in your area

You want to be close enough where you are able to be within a community

But far enough to avoid the shitshow

That community would have to be self sufficient though
