so why the monetary incentive anyway?
Because it's not safe and no one would take it under normal cicumstances

mind you, the first three phases after the vaccine is made are to ensure the basics - it works, it doesn't kill you, and it doesn't have any bad side effects
and the scientists themselves are usually the first test subjects
depending on the person you might have unintended side effects
but that's rare
Autism genetically occurs as a result of vaccines because a parent with that gene would die off under normal circumstances without the vaccine

so what I keep pointing to is that to find as many rare side effects, you need as large a pool as possible
