you got warned this time because it was ear-rape. that is not allowed at all. that warning that you got before was probably for not putting a warning on a loud video. if it was earrape you should've been warned for that. to sum it up: ear-rape videos are not allowed at all; loud videos are allowed, as long as they have a sound warning.
