Nice, served on the Churchill and Oscar Austin myself. Advice from an old salt: Definitely stay in long enough to take advantage of shore duty. Before you transfer though make sure to make a list of all the things about ship life that piss you off. Its useful for deciding on staying in. If I had done that I probably wouldn't still be in.

kinda depends on ur vpn/isp mostly ..not the app/server

because we're all using the same app/server unless somebody is doing it from browser..then that would exclusively be their problem

rest of us on the app normally won't find a problem with uploading a media file unless the server/app doesn't consider the format to be playable
