i used to be able to bench press 95 pounds because i used to work out all the time

but then i stopped and now i'm out of shape

I mostly bike and kayak so my muscles are slim

i once walked for 2 and a half hours to make it to a CVS near my college apartment

my family owns a cottage in upstate NY and it's right on the saint lawrence river

I live by a huge Reservoir and a smaller nature reserve

Great places to jog

wooden cottages built in the 1800s and a nice quiet area with woods to go hiking in and nice cool water to swim in

it's a great place to be

also i know the area like the back of my hand so even i couldn't get lost there
