This can apply to really any state. Just because it was blue or red in the past doesn't mean it will always stay that way. I felt that funny business happing in my state.

I watched that happen. VA was 91% reporting with Trump ahead by 20 points at 10:30-11:00 local. Then poof, dropped down to 46% reporting with the lead reduced to 8 points.

They say it was Fairfax and the Arlington area but I was watching those election night. They were at 80% reporting with Biden with a little bit of a lead before the "whatever" happened, then went down to 18% reporting.

If kept at the rate that it was in before the flop. VA would went red.
