Governor and ag approve the electors the legislature brings forward. If the governor doesnt approve yhe electors brought forward they throw out the electors which means those electoral votes dont get brought to Congress

So duelling electors have always been resolved by negotiation in the past. So we don’t actually know what is the end-rule, if no negotiation succeeds? Will we see a real duel of the two electors of a state? Please make it an AR-15 against an antigun guy.
