Remember... we've got presedence sending two slates of electors before (Hawaii sent two slates of electors in the race between John Fitzgerald Kennedy and Richard Nixon in 1960).

Oh so they call the states while slate of GOP Electors are being sent.
New York was 45 EVs and had a margin of <5%.
Nixon lost HI by around 100 votes.
