from what i could gather, seems to be a world wide effort to purge out corruption in each respective gov system(which is why it didn't surprise me when a billionaire in china got arrested, it's supposed to be a communist nation where everybody is paid the same amount, no rich ppl allowed). so regardless of what system of gov mexico may have, and who plays for what banner, it's most evident that those that run their respective gov systems to the letter of their flavor of gov system..but at least to the standards of quality of what it's supposed to be.
