Moral question, when is it too early to play drums?

Im a drummer and not sure when too early is to practice

how close do you live to other people? how much of a disturbance would it be? personally I think once the AM switches to PM, no one should have much issue with noise until it starts getting dark again

The houses to my left and right are about 10 feet away from me, Not sure how much of a disturbance it would be (kinda new to this drumming thing) but thanks
