Well the Abrams is still a very good tank, its only real issue is its weight, and you can still put an Abrams on a ship, however not a whole lot of them and you certainly wont be putting them on the Zubar armored vehicle landing craft

several years ago at Pendleton Base in San Diego, They let us mess around in some old tanks they had and apparently they never actually cut the power to some recent additions and me, being the fuckhead i was, wanted to be the "gunner" and the turret still worked, so you know what we, being idiots did, we slapped a fake shell in and moved the turret around

Atleast the newer Abrams tanks have lasers

Not really, the lasers they got arent the pew pew burn things alive kind. They're laser range finders to help with aiming

Tho guided munitions on the abrams is still very rare

Since its a very expensive weapon system

At Pendleton Base, they had this simulation range where they had stuff set up like M4s with the M203s, although the actual m4s didn't work and we were stuck trying to use the M203s and this was without sights mind you

not fun

Oh also, if you splash an Abrams with a laser, its turret will snap towards yout position

they also had a set of M249s which were some of my personal favorites to use, and then the one i loved the most, the rocket launcher
