He recovered downed pilots in Iraq in the Gulf War
They rescue downed pilots and do medical stuff
Interesting
Do they do any combat stuff?
Cause I know they train for it
Ye
Sometimes
Situations always changing and the area may not always be safe
Might have to make it safe sometimes ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
^ all the knowledge
aka the guys you call when shit hits the fan and you want to haul ass out of there
woah
recently i've been thinking about serving the country.
but im not sure what i'd do.
I'm thinking of joining the Army and serving as Artillery or in a Tank Crew
If i had to serve, would be a tank crew member, mostly because on the battlefield rhey are one kf the safest places to be, no stray sniper fire to worry about, grenades are like air, the only real threat to you is another tank
And the enemies we face aren't that likely to have them
(at least not in the middle east)
But thankfully, we're not fighting there anymore.
Unfortunately, if Joe Biden does become president, and somehow manages to piss China or Russia off enough to start a war, we'll end up fighting them, and they do have tanks
*ouch*
yeah
well
I guess its good US invests a lot in Air Superiority
yeah
the F-35 is sort of a waste though
I hear a lot of good things about the F-22 Raptor though
and that we still have some
we invest in Superiority in general
Can we do numbers, or is throwing bodies at the Enemy still Russia's thing?
more of china's thing
Russia's gotton a little more tacticle
i mean yeah, but to be fair their soldiers are probably worth a 5th of a russian one
Following the US and friends example i see
indeed
If It were me between the two I would choose artillery. You are a big asset in combat and your in the shit but semi safe
I can agree with that
agreed
...
Russia has the most tanks
