Nice

Is the 1911 series a good gun for personal self defense? It’s been my favorite gun to use in Fallout 4 and I was considering making it my first gun purchase

2020-09-02 00:19:48 UTC

I like it and I have a Vietnam vet friend that swears by them. He loves them. He says theres a brand called rock island that is fairly priced

2020-09-02 00:24:24 UTC

1911's are good, dependin on the caliber and the ones who produced it

2020-09-02 00:29:03 UTC

I mean a 1911 works, but there are tradeoffs

2020-09-02 00:29:19 UTC

It has a single stack magazine and a rather small capacity for its size

2020-09-02 00:30:52 UTC

Nothin extendo's cant fix

2020-09-02 00:32:27 UTC

.45 1911

2020-09-02 00:32:30 UTC

Besides a pistold entire reason to exist is to be a quick to grab and use to rapidly respond to someone rushing of your reloading or your primary gun jammed, so generally you dony want too many rounds inside the pistol itself since that would weigh the gun down and making it slower to draw

2020-09-02 00:32:47 UTC

But if you extend the magazine I feel like you can’t really conceal carry it very well

2020-09-02 00:42:55 UTC

I have the same gun @Lucario

2020-09-02 00:43:13 UTC

Shorter barrel tho

2020-09-02 00:43:21 UTC

I paid 70$ new

2020-09-02 00:43:26 UTC

Dang

2020-09-02 00:43:34 UTC

I paid like 140

2020-09-02 00:43:44 UTC

But it came with 22 mag and 22 or

2020-09-02 00:43:53 UTC

Lr

2020-09-02 00:44:31 UTC

Mine didn't come with any extra cylinder

2020-09-02 00:44:54 UTC

So it is just regular 22 lr

2020-09-02 00:45:31 UTC

Just get a double stack 1911

2020-09-02 00:47:07 UTC

That sounds expensive
