Or i can make my own

2020-10-23 06:30:57 UTC

For 500 bucks

2020-10-23 08:00:50 UTC

Flintlock rifles and pistols are not considered firearms by the law.
So I can have a 1000 flintlock rifles and the ATF can't raid my house for stock piling firearms.
Since flintlocks aren't considered firearms by the law, you can have them mailed straight to your house without any problems

2020-10-23 08:18:55 UTC

Ayyyy

2020-10-23 08:29:09 UTC

Any gun from before 1898 and dosen't take self contained cartridges is not considered a firearm

2020-10-23 08:30:10 UTC

And that also means modern reproductions of black powder firearms

2020-10-23 08:30:52 UTC

American firearm laws make so much sense

2020-10-23 09:27:06 UTC

<:emoji_9:763998908611166229>

2020-10-23 09:27:29 UTC

So ball and cap revolvers eyy

2020-10-23 09:27:41 UTC

6 shots and not a gun

2020-10-23 09:28:30 UTC

Yep

2020-10-23 09:29:40 UTC

Welcome to merica

2020-10-23 09:54:58 UTC

Which is awesome since there are pretty cheap rifle kits for people who are starting in black powder firearms

2020-10-23 09:59:42 UTC

This isn't a firearm it's a fancy stick

2020-10-23 12:17:30 UTC

so would that mean, that being an 18yr old, I can buy a cap n' ball revolver and carry that since its not a firearm? or would I still have to be 18?

2020-10-23 12:17:57 UTC

also, how do conceal carry laws apply to black powder guns?

2020-10-23 12:26:27 UTC

Hmm

2020-10-23 12:26:38 UTC

They probly would not apply because it’s not a gun

2020-10-23 12:26:56 UTC

I would say it would classify with a knife

2020-10-23 13:38:26 UTC

lol imagine that. if they did classify as knives, I couldn't conceal carry if its longer than (i think) 5 inches here. Or, if I was still in Texas, I could take it to school if its longer than 5 inches. xD

2020-10-23 13:38:38 UTC

i don't understand knife laws sometimes

2020-10-23 13:38:49 UTC

or rather, the logic behind them

2020-10-23 13:42:53 UTC

ahh man they changed the rule in TX. :( in 2018 tho, my school literally said any knife under a certain length was banned, but if it was bigger, then u were cool :?

2020-10-23 14:20:13 UTC

Because in the schools eyes any blade larger than 5 in cant be concealable.
