Might be too young

2020-12-13 20:53:53 UTC

neither, unless you want a bb gun. I would recommend an airsoft gun b/c I guarantee that both of the 4.5mm options are not powerful enough to ethically kill anything, but too powerful to play airsoft. not to mention you have to shoot steel bbs that require clean up unless you want to wreck your lawn mower blade. If you buy an airsoft version, you have more options for ammo, including bio-degradable bbs (made from a type of corn-starch) that shoot soft enough to be fired at people if you ever want to play airsoft. thats just my 2c though.

keep in mind, bb guns are not the same as airsoft guns^

Live in a suburb neighbor would get pissed off

2020-12-13 20:55:08 UTC

We live really close here

2020-12-13 20:55:16 UTC

So even a 22 might be too loud

2020-12-13 20:55:36 UTC

https://www.evike.com/products/10858/ here is the airsoft version of that glock

2020-12-13 20:55:41 UTC

2020-12-13 20:57:52 UTC

just a piece of plywood (angled down) suffices for a backstop if your in a urban area too

2020-12-13 20:58:22 UTC

Thanks for the tip

2020-12-13 21:00:26 UTC

https://www.evike.com/products/70155/ here is a 226. its out of stock, but KWA is a solid brand for airsoft replicas

2020-12-13 21:01:39 UTC

Ive heard a lot of good stuff about KWA

2020-12-13 21:01:53 UTC

And the p226 is an attractive gun

2020-12-13 21:03:45 UTC

226 is one of my favs. when i turn 21, I am seriously considering purchasing one for self-defense.

2020-12-13 21:03:55 UTC

Mhm

2020-12-13 21:04:18 UTC

I got to fire a .40smith version of the 226, and that thing is so smooth too

2020-12-13 21:04:44 UTC

I've never shot one but it looks so good

2020-12-13 21:05:47 UTC

If I am ever rich, I may just buy a gun for every month of the year. there are so many good looking options. Berettas in particular catch my eye.

2020-12-13 21:05:58 UTC

Oof yeah

2020-12-13 21:06:02 UTC
