my general knowledge says no
you can not
but I would seek out confirmation from a gun rights lawyer
This is why u don't register guns
since you're a VA resident it would need to be transferred to a VA dealer and they'll release it to you after passing background check, but I wouldn't take my word for it
contact a lawyer, many will do free consultations
or the VCDL
well, if i am going to carry a gun @f***urfeelings , its going to have to be open carry untill im old enough, but if a get stopped by a cop and can't prove the legality of my gun, that would suck.
honestly, i might just wait till im 21 to even try buying a handgun
huh, ok thanks.
thanks
Dam my state trying to pass a law to give 18-20 the right to carry Concealed with parents permission
My state already has no permit needed to carry Concealed
hell yeah. idk why you need parental perms if ur an adult, but thats better than nothing
wait so they are increasing regs?
What u mean increasing regs
im confused
u said 18y/o+ can already carry without a permit?
Not yet we trying to pass a bill now that will let them
oh okay, so your making your state freer than. that's really cool
We a very free state as of now if u can own a gun legally u can carry Concealed without a permit
If you get a enhanced permit you pay and walk out with the gun no background check
that's pretty dope xD
ngl, i dont think id be buying guns enough to care about waiting for the background check, but that sounds dope.
Idk but most say that at the start and three years later ur buying a new safe cuz ur gun collection has gotten bigger 😂

ima be single forever if I go that route
I started off just wanting a ar15 and a handgun years later I got three safes and more guns then I ever thought
Nah just find a gun girl there out there
don't get into guns @sixfivebyfiftyfive
thats the advice i'll give you
ye, i honestly just want a couple handguns, a .22, and maybe an ar15
but thats rn
Gun life is expensive
pretty soon you'll have more than you know what to do with
then all the different accessories
Yup ppl dont think just setting ur rifle up can cost as much as a new rifle
fr. I was pricing how much id spend on attachments for an ar, and it was like 700 bucks
just for an eotech, vg, and decent light
