Depends on your barrel twist/length

Not gunna hurt the gun

But long barrels with long twists (1:12 20”) dont stabilze heavier loads

But most are 16” 1:8 and will run about anything

I run 62 out of my 10.3” 1:7 and it works flawlessly

I am pretty sure mine is 16” and 1:8
