Another thing is, let’s take say Spider-Man on PS5 for example, the developers have years long built up relationships and deals with Sony and vice versa, and lets use the Forza franchise as an Xbox example, they built up a relationship with Xbox over several years, to the point the development company was ultimately acquired by Microsoft game studios
