I have a pretty good mod menu for GTA and the only thing that’s ever 100% accurate is their ISP and the country it’s in

which are both useless for finding someone unless they live in the Vatican or Liechtenstein

Rebooting router, unless you have a static IP, will change your IP

Because there’s more devices than there are IPv4 addresses
