Here is some practical advice from someone who used to struggle. Find someone to tell that you trust, for me that was my father, get them to hold you accountable, ask them to check in with you. Have it be someone your not embarressed to talk to about that stuff. When you are presented with the opprunity to look at whatever you look at, or do whatever you do, id recomend running from that. In some cases that could physically mean running. When i am tempted ill go on runs or workout listening to music, or ill read a book with no technology, or ill call someone who i can talk to. The worst time for any addiction to manifest is when you are alone with your thoughts, if you find you mind wandering, call a friend. Also for me, reading the Bible and doing a daily devotional and an hour of prayer, as well as praying every time i was tempted. Set achivable goals also when you are first trying to stop your addiction. The more and more time you spend away from your addiction the easier it gets to not desire it. Foster relationships with friends and fill your life with things you can do to keep yourself busy.
I’m pre trib, so i don’t believe that there will be an anti christ that true christians will be able to see because of the rapture, now there will be the 12 churchs during the tribulation and 11 of those churchs will be decieved. Right now we are in the book of Jerimiah. The pastor does monthly sermons on biblical prophecy (old testimant and new testimant) once a month.
