I am just so happy with this sandwich. Ezekiel cinnamon raisin bread with goat butter on top and spiced deli turkey inside. It is absolutely delicious

Oh. Ezekiel bread is sprouted grain. The gluten is baby gluten instead of the super super tough to digest adult gluten from the harvest 3 or 10 times a year wheat and barley. The plants are pretty darn smart and they make the gluten even more painful to defer consumers. Just like hot peppers and capsaicin (I do definitely love hot peppers too)

So umm from garden to plate.- the veggies at least. Pasta primavera is so good. I can't find a meat to add that makes it better. So i put some ob the side and cover that with the white sauce. It still doesn't compare to the veggies over pasta 😍😍
