I can install the turbo and manifold but am clueless when it comes to tuning and things like that

You can get an electronic tuner that plugs into your obd2 port

I don’t know if you have to dyno it though 🤔

But my truck is pretty old and i dont think there is any plug and play options

That's a pretty old truck to turbo though.
