@Wardog we got her as a drop-off since we live in the country and when people decide they don't want pets anymore they dump them out by my house 🤷🏼‍♀️

all of the pets ive had in my life have all been rescues

ive had dozens of pets

rescuing animals is the best thing ever.

so far we've gotten upwards of 15 dogs, one blind dog, countless dead livestock, and we get cats all the time since stanislaus County brings the overflow cats from shelters out here

with how terrible some humans are, I sometimes care more about animals than human beings. I know some may take real issue with that, but shit man... look at people like the 100% antifa guy that straight up murdered someone for their political opinion in the street. or Officer Dorn.

one of the top things on my platform is going to be reforming animal shelters and animal care

and i have 2 German shepherds and one aussie-doberman mix so the cats just roam around in our almond orchards or get run over by cars that race out here

I live in the country btw lol this is happening away from neighbors and witnesses smh

yeah I haven't lost any pets per se but lots of animals meet their ends out here because people don't want them anymore :(
