We already have over 2,000 satellites and no one cared. Sure starlink may have a brighter reception due to the nature of it's solar cells and how it's in LEO, but any satellite will cause disturbances just the same

2020-07-24 23:22:30 UTC

And its in very low earth orbit

2020-07-24 23:25:55 UTC

Haha yes, in fact it actually gets a bit of the edge of our atmosphere that each sat has a roughly 2 year life before deorbit due to the air resistance

2020-07-24 23:29:42 UTC

Only 2? Damn. I thought they lasted longer.

2020-07-24 23:29:51 UTC

Good thing they're so small and inexpensive.

2020-07-24 23:33:28 UTC

That's if it's onboard thrusters don't raise the orbit now and then

2020-07-24 23:34:42 UTC

It'll last longer than that, but after fuel is depleted, it'll fall back to earth within 2 years on it's own. But Space X said they'll deorbit with the thrusters when the sat is unusable. The lifecycle of one is still uncertain

Watch out Chyna, the Sea Raptor is coming to town.

F 22 is far to big to ever fly on a carrier. It can essentially stealthy super cruise to protect our airspace and gain air superiority in no time, so no need for a carrier

2020-07-27 22:47:29 UTC

So was the YF-23.

2020-07-27 22:47:51 UTC

But maybe not considering just how big the Tomcat is.

2020-07-27 23:01:39 UTC

Haha true, but the Tomcat could sweep its wings back

2020-07-27 23:01:46 UTC

YF-23 is amazing

2020-07-27 23:01:52 UTC

Sadly it lost to thr F 22

2020-07-28 00:42:55 UTC

Japan is basically the US air forces aircraft carrier

2020-07-28 00:43:06 UTC

And Guam

2020-07-28 01:09:04 UTC

One of the most beautiful planes ever made IMO https://youtu.be/ynlAVeQd_MY

2020-07-28 01:46:21 UTC

Constellation has always been amazing. By far the prettiest prop driven airliner.

2020-07-28 02:07:34 UTC

I know. O would have loved to fly on one back in the day

2020-07-28 02:37:16 UTC

I'm not entirely sure if it's possible nowadays. Depends on the organization I guess.

2020-07-28 02:51:59 UTC

I know. I mean I wish I could have been around back in the day

2020-07-28 02:52:19 UTC

Yeah I knew what you meant 😉

2020-07-28 02:53:23 UTC

I saw them in the first season of the Mickey Mouse Club

2020-07-28 02:56:29 UTC

What's prettier is Space X's IVA suit

2020-07-28 03:03:39 UTC

Hmmm nah chief lol

2020-07-28 03:44:56 UTC

Nah HALO looks too fake

2020-07-28 04:12:49 UTC

We had a missing man formation fly over here a couple weeks ago. A ww2 piolt passed and they did it as a tribute to him
