Yay more rockets!!
@Tack that looks nice! Quick tip, you can print the decals on paper and glue them on with spray adhesive. That's how most rocketeer do it
That's pretty much what I did
I didn't spray it tho
I also did it by hand
Any ATC guys here, I'm very interested in choosing that as my career and have some questions.
I’m not a huge atc guy but I know a fair bit from doing atc sim with Nav can
I appreciate the offer, but this is about the ATC academy in Oklahoma City
US Space Force Awards L3Harris Technologies $500 Million IDIQ Contract for Anti-Jam Satellite
Ooh 😮
Yes I do! That's awesome!
What sat is it?
Unknown, I happened to be taking high exposures at the time and was unable to check as I did not have my phone on me
Just my camera and a flashlight

That's cool!
That's awesome! Did you run it in open rocket?
RockSim
Don't you need to pay for RockSim? I suggest Open Rocket, more communtity support and resources
I did, but it was on sale when I got it
Ah gotcha
Honestly, a lot of stuff from apogee is kinda expensive
More than it should be
Yeah, but it's worth it
Idk most of my freinds never use them cause they're expensive
Just saw your video on hybrid engines
Um sure if orbital rocket companies were talking great about hybrids and saying its better, you could push the arguement that they're overrated
@Tack your sole arguemnt is efficiency. Sure in terms of efficiency hydrids ain't the best. However the ease of acess to resources and lower cost makes hybrid appealing to amateur rocketeers.
Well, my main argument was that hybrids are just as complex as liquids, with almost none of the advantages (other than throttleability)
That ain't true. You quoted the complexity of a liquid and simplicity of a hybrid in the video and never directly stated that. That's also almost word for word what Charlie Garcia said
