Here is my philosophy of Nonbinarysim: If can't tell what you are biologically you pass as Nonbinary. But most NB people I have met (The nice one's that think like any sane person.) don't see it as some biological thing they just see it as a sociological role they want to play in and don't complain about "Oh! I they don't have an all genders restroom! Those fascist bastards!"

I wouldn't say sports are being transphobic but people have to be honest that inherently, males and females are genetically different. A trans woman is going to have a bigger advantage over a woman in a sport. I'm not even talking about gender, I'm talking about genetics and sex. If people are going to complain I think they should make a separate trans team
