Does “they/them” mean a gender neutral person or multiple persons in this context?
Seriously, I’d rather call a non binary or transgender person by their weird pronouns than by “they/them”
I'd call them 'it'
But that’s dehumanizing...
Since they blurred the lines of 'him' and 'her'
yea same I’d rather say ze and zem and not they and them
They are denying part of their humanity
I wouldn’t go that far but I know what you mean
When you say it, it doesn’t sounds like you care or if you are even talking to a human
Language is changing through natural means
Not through forced coercion
Honestly man ill call ppl whatever they wanna be called but if ur a "she" and still look like a dude and I make the mistake of calling you a he then thats on you don't get mad at me
They have a mental illness, I am not putting on kiddie gloves for them
I know my purist thoughts would never get through because they are anti linguistic
I can’t just eliminate words from another language because “they corrupt the language”
So true!
there’s a reason there’s a they and them in English, and they always meant more than one
Pretty much.
But nowadays, it can also mean a person whose gender is unclear
Which is weird????
Like it took me some time to comprehend it
I ain't never using their pronoun fuckery
I wonder if they made ze and zim so grammar nazis wouldn’t go after them
Wtf is ze zim
I wish you did but I can’t force you to use their pronouns and we are able to choose to comply
Progressive version of regular pronound
Also, wt freak is “bearsexual”?
And I find it weird that there are some persons (me included) whose pronouns are “he/they” or “she/they”
wait fr??
ze/zim is a made up pronoun for people who have a preference
"Made up" <:thinking:726878987837636698>

It would be crappy if it was added in the dictionary and they said “a pronoun for people who don’t like the pronoun their given”
Considering Merriam-Webster already kowtowed to progressives by changing the definition of racism, it's not far off
Changing the definition of racism?
Did they change it to right wingers
Don’t take the knee to the Left!
